Bokaro Club Limited was founded in the year "1967". It was founded as a non-profit organization meant for social entertainment purpose for the Officers/Executives of Bokaro Steel Plant with a mission to promote social and cultural activities for the benefit of the members. Its other members include Officers/Executives from subsidiary units of SAIL like CET, RDCIS, BRL and Senior Govt.Officials businessmen of repute of Bokaro Steel City.

Presently as per the constitution MD, Bokaro Steel Plant is its President. An Executive Committee, headed by the General Secretary along with Treasurer & Managing Committee is elected every 2 years.

The Club is located at the quiet end of the city. Set on 5 acres of land amidst the lush green surroundings and host of facilities make the club a much sought after entertainment – destination at Bokaro Steel City.

To achieve these objectives the club:

• Provides facilities to its members for recreation and refreshments at reasonable rates. For so doing, it  maintains Restaurant and Bar
• Promotes Cultural Activities through Variety Entertainments, Music, Dance, Fete, Cultural Activities, Competitions, and other similar
  activities
• Promotes many indoor and out-door games
• Takes up philanthropic activities
• Makes reciprocal arrangement with other Clubs for the benefit of the members
